Piotr Rzeźniczak – CEO, the Head of Investment Team. Mr Rzeźniczak began his career in 1993 at Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy. From 1994 to 1996 he worked at Creditanstalt Securities as a senior analyst. Since 1996 he worked at Pioneer TFI, later at Pekao Pioneer Investment Management as an analyst, and as the head of analytics team. He was a fund manager at PPTFI Pioneer in the period of 1997 – 2006. Late 2006 and early 2007 he held the position of an advisor to the Management Board, and consequently the President of the Management Board at PTE PZU Złota Jesień. He has been serving as the Head of Investment Team at ESALIENS since September 2007, President of the Management Board May 2008 - September 2022 and CEO since October 2022.

Marek Popielas - Member of the Management Board of ESALIENS TFI S.A. from 2021, previously associated with the Company in 2011-2019. A graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław (major in Finance and Banking), he continued his education in economic sciences during doctoral studies at the Collegium of World Economy of the Warsaw School of Economics. He has over 20 years of experience in the investment fund sector. In 1999-2010 he was employed at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (the Securities and Exchange Commission until 2006) as the Deputy Director in the Department of Investment Funds and the Advisor to the Chairman among others. As an expert of the supervisory authority, he participated in the CESR international forum in the field of investment fund regulation. He also participated in the implementation of regulations on capital adequacy of investment firms. In 2011-2013, he was responsible for legal compliance and risk management at Legg Mason Zarządzanie Aktywami S.A. Before rejoining the team of ESALIENS TFI S.A. he managed the compliance unit at Templeton Asset Management (Poland) TFI S.A., within the European structures of the Franklin Templeton group. Currently at ESALIENS TFI S.A., he is associated with the areas of compliance, regulatory and supervisory as well as risk management.
Jarosław Kołkowski is a legal advisor specializing in court and arbitration disputes in the field of commercial law, as well as administrative proceedings with particular emphasis on regulatory proceedings, including before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. As part of his practice, he represents, among others investment fund companies, investment funds and participants of these funds in disputes regarding asset management and acting as depositary. He has extensive experience in handling corporate affairs of private public companies. In the years 2000-2016 he worked at the Weil, Gotshal & Manges law office. the role of partner in the process department. Since the beginning of 2017, he has been a partner at Drzewiecki, Tomaszek & Partners.
Economist, graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics (now the Warsaw School of Economics), two-time winner of the NBP and Rzeczpospolita competition for the best macroeconomic analyst of the year (2009, 2012), scholarship holder of the European Commission (Brussels, Lisbon) and the Kościuszko Foundation in New York, graduate of advanced macroeconomics courses at the University Pampeu Fabra in Barcelona, co-founder and member of the first board of the Polish Association of Business Economists. He is a long-term chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dom Maklerski NWAI. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of MAK Investments S.A. He worked at the Scientific Foundation Center for Social and Economic Analyzes. From 2000 in the commercial sector as chief economist - initially at Westdeutsche Landesbank, and in 2001-2006 at BRE Bank. He advised the deputy prime minister-minister of economy Jerzy Hausner. Until his resignation, in autumn 2008, he was a member of the Team of Strategic Advisors to the Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, performing this function socially. Decorated with the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. Since February 2006, he has been running his own consulting company "JJ Consulting", working, among others, with such clients as: Polish Business Council, ITI, Kulczyk Holding SA, Prokom Investments, Spectra, x-KOM, Holding Wronki SA, Agora SA, DFM BRE , BRE Bank Securities, Skarbiec TFI, Deutsche Bank, Arka Asset Management, Alior Bank, Hestia STU, KGHM S.A, Union Investment TFI S.A.
ANNA GRYKIN
Legal counsel, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Anna has been successfully providing legal assistance to leading financial institutions for 20 years. She specializes in cases in insurance law, corporate law and labor law. She has successfully implemented compliance systems in organizations. Passionate about teamwork, employee development and commitment building. Graduate of postgraduate studies in Insurance Law (University of Insurance and Banking), European Law (Warsaw University Faculty of Law), Human Capital Management (Warsaw School of Economics).
From 1986 to 1992 he studied at the Technical University of Lodz in Lodz. In 1994, he obtained a securities broker's license (no. 1203); issued by the Securities Commission (now the FSC). In 2002, he received the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (granted by the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, VA, USA). In addition, he has completed a number of training courses in financial analysis, investment consulting, and asset management. He has very extensive experience in supervising companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as an independent member of Supervisory Boards, including as chairman/member of Audit Committees. In the period 07.1995-05.1996 he worked at Daewoo Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeniowe S.A. (Management Office), Warsaw, Department of Capital Investments as a securities dealer, financial analyst. In the period 05.1996-04.1998 he worked at Bank Brokerage House PKO-BP, Warsaw. Asset Management Department as a financial analyst. From 04.1998 to 04.2002 he worked at Commercial Union Polska - Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A., Warsaw, Investment Department and at Commercial Union Investment Management (Polska) S.A., Warsaw, Asset Management Department - senior equity analyst. In the period of 03.2006-11.2013 he was a partner and served as President of the Management Board of Artemis Investment Sp. z o.o., Warsaw. In the past, he was a member of the supervisory boards of many public companies listed on the WSE SA, including: Grupa KĘTY S.A. (Kęty), LPP S.A. (Gdańsk), Wandalex S.A. (Warsaw), Elstar Oils S.A. (Elblag), K2 Internet S.A. (Warsaw), TIM S.A. (Wroclaw), Interbud-Lublin S.A. (Lublin), Vistula Group S.A. (Cracow), Libet S.A. (Wroclaw). He is currently a member of supervisory boards and member/chairman of Audit Committees at: MLP Group S.A. (Pruszków), BBI Development S.A. (Warsaw), ZPC Otmuchów S.A. (Otmuchów), Atende S.A. (Warsaw), Krakchemia S.A. (Krakow), BEST S.A. (Gdynia), Urteste S.A. (Gdansk).

Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, Faculty of Organization and Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Accounting. In his career he has held managerial positions in the areas of finance, accounting, management, trade and marketing, both in national and international structures.

PIOTR GRZYBOWSKI, CFA - Investment Director, equity market
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking, holding investment advisor licence (No. 666) and CFA title. Involved with the capital market since 2007. He started his career in 2006 as an assistant in the audit and business advice department at TPA Horwath. Employed as an analyst of shares responsible for the TMT sector at BRE Bank Investment House (currently mBank) in 2007-2012. Next, in 2013-2021, in the position of shares analyst in Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU. In Esaliens TFI since August 2021.
ANDRZEJ BIENIEK, CFA - Investment Director, equity market
Andrzej has a license of securities broker, of investment advisor and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst certificate holder. He started his professional career in 2012 at Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion and the Transaction Advisory Department of Ernst & Young. Then in 2012-2016 he was employed as a Senior Equity Analyst in the banking and financial sector at Dom Maklerski BZ WBK (currently DM Santander). From 2016 to 2018, he managed absolute return and private equity funds at Capital Partners TFI. In 2018-2021 he was an analyst and then an asset manager of DFE (voluntary pension fund) and OFE (open pension fund) at MetLife PTE. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, major in Finance and Accounting, specializing in financial markets.
OLAF PIETRZAK - Investment Director, fixed-income market
From 1997 to 2007 Olaf Pietrzak was employed by Aviva Group in Poland (formerly Commercial Union), where he initially managed the debt securities portfolios of Aviva Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie and then the debt investment funds of Aviva Investors Poland TFI. From 2007 to 2016 he worked for Skarbiec TFI, initially as Fund Manager and then as Director of the Debt and Alternative Products Group. In the latter position he was responsible for creating a wide range of the Society's debt products. Recently he worked for Lartiq TFI and Ipopema TFI as fund asset manager.
PIOTR ZYGMUNT, CFA - Investment Director, fixed-income market
Piotr is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (topic - economics), he has been professionally involved with financial institutions for nearly 15 years. He started his career as a junior economist at the Office of the Chief Economist of Bank BGŻ. He worked also as an analyst in the Investment Advisory Department of Noble Funds TFI, where he co-managed model portfolios of institutional clients and prepared the analysis of the global economy. He co-managed portfolios for institutional and individual clients at Dom Maklerski Alfa Zarządzanie Aktywami and in 2017-2021 he co-managed the fixed-income portion of investment funds' assets in TFI Energia (previously PGE TFI). He holds investment license No. 563. Since 2021 in Esaliens TFI SA team.
