You may contact our data protection officer concerning all cases related to the processing of your personal data or the exercise of your rights vested in you pursuant to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter ‘GDPR’) at iod@esaliens.pl,
  5. The Data Controller will process your personal data in order to:
    1. enable you to receive free valuations if you consent to receive them only pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR,
    2. enable you to receive marketing messages concerning services provided and funds managed by the Fund Management Company (the current list of funds is available at www.esaliens.pl/inwestycje’ ‘the Funds’) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR,
    3. pursue legitimate interests of the Data Controller consisting in establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, if any, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR.
  6. Recipients of your personal data may include without limitation providers of audit, IT or document storage or destruction services to the Fund Management Company or the investment funds managed by it and government agencies authorized by law,
  7. Your personal data will be retained for the period required in order for you to receive free valuations of funds or marketing messages according to consent provided but not longer than until you withdraw your consent or file an objection to the processing of your data for marketing purposes or for the period imposed by the general periods of limitation for the purposes of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, if any,
  8. You may request the Data Controller to allow you to access your data, to rectify or erase them, to restrict their processing or to transfer them,
  9. You may object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose referred to in paragraph 5(3) at any time,
  10. Providing your personal data is voluntary; failure to provide them will prevent us from sending free valuations or email marketing messages to you,
  11. You may file a complaint with the President of the Bureau of Protection of Personal Data.
